The objectives of this research were to analyze and describe all the activities of teacher and students in English teaching and learning of vocabulary through conversational activities in an English class. In this research, the researcher used qualitative research design embracing particularly the case study research design. Apart from the problems faced like difficulties in remembering new words, lack of confidence, shyness and scare, the results revealed the improvement of students’ skill, knowledge and comprehension in English vocabulary learning through conversational activities in the class. Overall, it is found that the conversational activities helped students solved their problems such as remembering new words easier, more confidence, not scare and speaking English well. In order that students’ much in memorizing new words because students gained more and more vocabularies which are important for their communication in English. Finally, it is recommended that vocabulary learning through conversational activities can be used by teachers to enrich students’ vocabularies easier in English class because vocabulary is important for their conversation to communicate in English.
